Warm Water Exercise

Water based exercise is particularly beneficial for those with musculoskeletal conditions. Being non-weight-bearing it is kind to sore joints. It should be clearly understood that these sessions are self lead and supervisors do not provide instruction and cannot give advice on exercise. Click here for information about instructor lead classes.

Warm water exercise is offered at five hydrotherapy pools in Canberra.

13 sessions weekly ($5.90 per session)
Club MMM next to CISAC Belconnen

Participants need to be sufficiently mobile to enter and exit the pools unaided.
