CREDIT CARD 

We accept Visa and Mastercard payment in person or over the phone by calling the office on 1800 011 041. 

DIRECT DEPOSIT 

You may direct deposit payment to our account A/C Name: Arthritis Foundation of the ACT, A/C No.: 209864 BSB: 032 719.  

CASH 

You are also welcome to come and visit us at our two locations in Bruce and Pearce if you would like to use cash. 

CHEQUE 

You may post a cheque to Arthritis ACT, PO Box 908, Belconnen 2616. 

REBATES 

At Arthritis ACT we understand that it is not always easy to afford private therapy.  Below you will find a list of financial assistance options available. 

NDIS – National Disability Insurance Scheme 
Arthritis ACT is an approved NDIS Service provider. For the latest information about accessing the NDIS go to https://www.ndis.gov.au/understanding

MEDICARE 
Arthritis ACT is a registered provider of Medicare Australia. You may be eligible for the following Medicare plan. 

Chronic Disease Management (CDM) 
Previously known as the Enhanced Primary Care Plan (EPC). This plan provides eligible clients with a partial rebate for up to 5 allied health visits across a calendar year. You may be eligible for this plan if you have a chronic medical condition being managed by your GP. Your GP will determine whether or not you are eligible for this treatment plan and will provide you with the CDM referral for you to bring to your appointment. 

PRIVATE HEALTH FUND 
Arthritis ACT is an approved provider with most major private health funds. Please contact your health fund to find out whether your policy covers services provided by Arthritis ACT.
